Cancellations & Returns on all Basins and Furniture Products, please contact the place of purchase.

 

Cancellations & Returns on Lighting Products.

  1. Cancelling Orders made via the Website /or phone. As a consumer, when you buy via our Website or by phone you are entitled to return your Products to us for any reason any time within 14 days of delivery (or collection from our shop, as the case may be) of the Products to you or your representative, provided you are able to provide evidence of purchase of the Product from us ( by providing us with a copy of your receipt).

  2.  Cancelling In-Store Purchases. As a consumer, when you make an In-Store Purchase, you are entitled to return such Products to Store where they were purchased anytime within 28 days of the date of In-Store Purchase.

 

In order to benefit from this right of cancellation, you must within 14 days of  receiving the Products, make a clear statement of your decision to cancel the contract by sending an email to office@samlander.com or otherwise use the below cancellation form and return via email to office@samlander.com:

Returning Made-to-order, customised, or bespoke Products.

 

Generally, made to order/bespoke products cannot be returned to us unless they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, not as described or do not match any sample that you have seen or examined prior to purchasing such Products from us.

Returning faulty Products.

  

If a fault develops after the first six months, you must prove that the Product was faulty at the time it was first delivered to you to be entitled to receive any refund or partial refund.

 

 

Returning Products purchased in Sam Lander studio Shop. To return Products purchased in Sam Lander studio Shop, simply return, take the Product/products back and present your purchase receipt .

 

Please note, all Products should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

 

Returning Products ordered via our Website or phone.

 

To authorise a return

  • Complete our Cancelation form found above.

 

  • Remember to include your order number & telephone number.

 

  • Remember to include the reason for your return, please send this to office@samlander.com, where we promise to reply via email or phone as quickly as possible.

 

  • We will then be in touch via email or phone with a return label for you to print off.

 

Refunds. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund to you all payments received from you for the Products that you have chosen to return to us within 14 days of us receiving the products.

 

We may deduct any applicable amount from the refund if such Products are returned to us in an un-satisfactory condition.
